After creating an iconic brand and giving it one’s entire life and soul, Haji Habib-ullah Baig called it a day and handed over the baton to the second generation.
HOTEL BLUE DIAMOND
In the year 1975,Pune got it’s First ever Luxury hotel,in the form of Iconic Blue Diamond. Heritage became the first store to start it’s operations there,and operated for 3 decades.
Haji Habib-ullah Baig’s sons took over the family business and thus ushered in a new era of growth and reforms.
HOTEL HOLIDAY INN
Started operations in Pune’s 2nd Five Star Hotel, initially named Hotel Holiday Inn, later renamed to Hotel Sun and Sand.
HOTEL LE MÉRIDIEN
Started operations in Pune’s 3rd Five Star Hotel, Hotel Le Méridien.
ASHOKA CRAFT CENTRE
Opened another branch of Heritage at Bund Garden Road, sprawling showroom spread around 1000 square feet.
HOTEL JW MARRIOTT
Started operations at currently Pune’s top Luxury hotel, which also feautures in one of India’s top luxury properties, Hotel JW Marriott.
